Item exchanges and returns in Canada

La Grange validates the quality of its products and their packaging. Your purchase is final sale. Notify us within 7 business days if there is an error on our part in your purchase order. In Canada, we will then exchange it at our expense regarding postal costs. We can exchange a defective item within 7 working days, only if the original packaging has not been damaged and the product has been used.
