----------- SHIPPING POLICY

1. Deliveries are made within Canada and the United States. For any inquiries regarding deliveries outside of Canada, please contact us at info@lagrangeduparfumeur.com
   
   

2. All orders received are processed and shipped (EST) Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) within 12 business hours. Packages are picked up daily at 11:00 AM.
   

3. Within Canada, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 CAD for all deliveries. All orders come with a tracking link from the carrier. Deliveries within Canada are handled by PUROLATOR, PLANET COURIER, or CANADA POST, depending on the destination.
   

4. In the United States, deliveries are made via FedEx at a fixed rate of $30 USD. All orders come with a tracking link from the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages outside of Canada.

We ship merchandise according to our carriers’ procedures. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders going to the same address may be shipped in one or more packages, all covered under a single shipping fee. Delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

LOCAL PICKUP

1. You may choose to pick up your package in person free of charge at any time. Please schedule your pickup day in advance. Contact us by email at info@lagrangeduparfumeur.com or call us at 819-847-2514 to inform us of your visit.
