Something new at La Grange...

Come celebrate the opening of the 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐇 Olfactory Gallery. 

An artistic space where contemporary art meets the art of perfumery, located at the heart of LA GRANGE DU PARFUMEUR, an artisan Haute Parfumerie House housed in an ancestral barn in Quebec’s Eastern Townships.

The Olfactory Gallery places olfactory art on a pedestal, an emerging art form celebrated by visual artist, perfumer, and founder of the house, Alexandra Bachand. Until March 2028, the gallery presents “30 Years of Olfactory Symbolism,” an exhibition bringing together a selection of the artist’s recent and earlier paintings, as well as three-dimensional installations created by the artist. This retrospective creates a dialogue between perfume and its symbolism, allowing forms, colors, and textures to resonate through synesthesia. The exhibition reveals a powerful and deeply sensory resonance between visible and invisible materials, in pursuit of a multisensory poetry.
